Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anaheim Automation DPW65351 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mottori-Elettrici products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Leeson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mottori-Elettrici such as the CCMP5510 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CEM4316T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C42D28FC1B by Manufacturer Leeson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Us-Motor Brand dd54 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as DFT80K4KS equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CGX44R made by Gould as well as the popular C42T17FZ14B original spares produced by Leeson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEWAM3558T by Baldor and DFT80K4KS spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CP4172930210830 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker.
